Chicken Smoking in Jasper, IN 2010

Our learning continued in Jasper, Indiana.  We worked hard with a light cooking crew to make the best barbecue we have to date.  Our hard work paid off when we managed to get a 9th place call in Brisket.  We finished 31st overall out of 42 teams, but we had a great time at a great contest and we learned a lot.
